Chicken Rice Soup |
Ingredients: Prep & Cook Time: 1:45 minutes, |
Instructions: In a large soup pot over high heat, bring all ingredients except rice to a boil. Keep soup at a low boil for about 1 hour over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender add rice Remove and discard bay leaf and serve with G/F breadsticks or G/F garlic bread. Enjoy! |
